Entrance (1)

You buy your visitor’s ticket for the Rubens House in architect Stéphane Beel’s contemporary pavilion. Then you enter the museum via the main entry.

As you go through the entry, you will see the optical effect as Rubens himself designed it: along a straight perspective you first see the porchway and, behind it, the garden. The pavilion takes a commanding position at the far end of the garden.
